Getting Started
1. Consultation and assessment (Complimentary)
A critical component to any successful training program is to understand what makes each person unique. By gathering health and activity history information, establishing short & long term goals and incorporating a total lifestyle approach, we achieve the highest rate of long term success with our clients.
2. Kinetic chain evaluation (Complimentary)
Using a specific series of movement screens we identify muscle imbalances, range of motion limitations and patterns caused from past injuries or repetitive motions of daily living. Next we use targeted stretched and self myofacial release techniques in order to regain function, increase blood flow and restore balance to the body.
3. Periodized program design
In order to create a well-balanced physique we must first build a strong base of support. We start by implementing corrective exercises to facilitate nervous system activation and core muscle development. Then we introduce more complex exercises that stimulate further muscle activation and teach proper movement patterns to support long term, injury free exercising.
